Change of plan!
I have decided against the political cartoon re paedophillia, it just felt wrong doing anything even slightly sarcastic or humourous on this topic.

The cartoon above is about paedophilia. 'Evil lures children through the internet.'
I looked at this cartoon as I am currently in the process of a political cartoon with this content. The fact that paedophiles such as Vanessa George, will not only get a new identity when she comes out of prison and probably a new house too, she will get this all at the tax payer expense. I for one would rather that my money is spent on keeping her in prison until she rots, or of course, paying for a public execution so that the parents of the poor little children that she got her filthy hands on can get some kind of closure.

This example is from emptyeasel.com. I chose it because it is all about the funding (or lack of as the case may be) in the Iraq war. A subject that I looked at on my mind map and one which I may well use as the base of one of my cartoons

Political Cartoon
This is my first attempt at a political cartoon, using mainly collage. This cartoon was a spontaneous idea that I formed whilst flicking through papers in class. This cartoon has had no planning or research and is not a subject that matters to me a great deal. However I quite enjoyed doing it and it has given me idea's. I do think that it works well, the slight difference in sizes adds to the effect. I will definitely consider incorporating some more collage into this brief.
